A scalpel cuts off the left arm and turns it into an item. Crabuto removes an arm for free and does not give it back. While an arm is gone you cannot wall-jump or vault, casts are slower, and mastered jutsu still want hand signs.
Implanting someone else's arm adds a small buff and cuts max chakra by 20. An arm from your own bloodline only restores the default. Danzo's Arm has 10 Sharingan slots, one Izanagi each, which rewinds 10 seconds. A base Sharingan refills one charge. A Mangekyo refills three. I am quoting the card, not a fight I ran.

How does Haruno heal an arm?
Limb Blossom needs a Sauna Leaf and the healing path. The sauna's water can also restore the original arm. A natural regen passive exists. The card does not give the regen chance.
