How do you get the lightning scroll?
The Trello assigns the Lightning Scroll to a Mizuli quest, and it opens the lightning skill tree. Step-by-step dialogue is not on the card.
What is a combat scroll shard?
That item name does not exist on the scrolls list. Combat Scroll is a teacher reward. Chakra Shard comes from chakra points. They are separate items.
