I put the Roonby list from 7 Jan 2026 next to the Kongbakpao list from 3 Sep 2026. The letters match. Both cite buffs, roll chance, and early versus late impact. Neither is newer than the 20 Oct 2026 game update, so treat the letters as a pre-update opinion that still matches the Sep 2025 rarity screen.
