Thunderclouds and Lightning Scroll in Bloodlines

Source limit: this entry uses a legacy community Trello board whose maintainers announced that updates have stopped. Its mechanics have not been tested in the current game client. Check the linked cards and in-game requirements before spending resources.

I searched the Trello for a struck-by-lightning reward and did not find one. Thunderclouds spawn around the map. Update 1 says their spawn rate doubled. Snowstorms spawn in snow and sandstorms in the desert. That is weather.

The lightning skill tree is Chidori, Lightning Stream, Ripple, Strike, and Kirin, opened by the lightning scroll. Raijin is a kunai, not this weather. See Raijin.
