Stage 1 shows health and adds genjutsu resistance. Stage 2 shows the jutsu or item in hand and adds a weak luck dodge that can break an M1 string. Stage 3 strengthens the dodge and puts a genjutsu over the target hotbar. I am copying the clan-exclusive cards, not a personal awakening.
Mangekyo names on the cards: Itachi, Obito, Sasuke, Madara, Shisui, with Amaterasu, Susanoo, or Kamui depending on the variant. EMS exists for Uchiha. The exact EMS steps are not written. The progression video linked here is from 31 Oct 2025. Uchiha buffs are on Uchiha.

Yes, by implanting Sharingan Eyes from boss loot, corrupted points, or a scooped Uchiha. That grants stage 1. Mangekyo Eyes implant a random variant you cannot identify beforehand.
