Fire in Bloodlines

Fire is an element and weapon-infusion route, not a separate clan. For scroll acquisition use the Lavaroldy quest checklist; for mastery choices use fire jutsu. The Flame Gem and Fire Scroll are different items and should not be treated as interchangeable.

The Uchiha card lists a 1.12x fire multiplier and mastered Fireball and Kirin as starting benefits. Kirin remains a lightning move; a clan starting benefit is not an element-tree assignment.
